2BEA,2BEC,2BV,SZ,SZB,SK large pumping two stage 2SK water ring vacuum pump
Range of application:
2BV2 and 2BV5 series are single stage directly connected and 2BV6 series are connected with explosion-proof motor by bracket. This manual contains basic information and instruction about installation, usage and maintenance, so before installation, concerned technician must read this installation and it would be better if technician can reach this installation at any time during the installation.
Working principle and structure:
2BV series vacuum pump has small volume, compact structure, directly connected motor, while installation, put it in horizontal plane, no need chassis.
2BV series vacuum pump works based on water ring principle, that is, impeller is installed eccentrically inside of pump body, after the pump start up, working liquid forms liquid ring(which is concentric with pump body ) inside of pump body, impeller passes motor power to liquid ring. Liquid ring pulse periodically between the impeller vanes, while in pulsation, gas is suctioned in through disk suction inlet and discharged from disk exhaust vent.
Designated application:
2BV2 and 2BV5 series vacuum pump, suitable for continuous operation, are used for pumping dry and wet gas, especially nonflammable gas, non-corrosive gas, air and steam mixtures ,
2BV6 series vacuum pump is used for pumping flammable, explosive gas, it`s working liquid usually is water.
Stainless steel pump is used for anticorrosion industry and industries that need strict sanitary requirements
2BV vacuum pump is used for rough vacuum, ultimate vacuum is determined by working liquid saturated vapor pressure.
Ultimate vacuum:
Ultimate vacuum depends on working temperature and working liquid.
Notes:
When pump don`t have cavitation protection,s uction pressure must be no lower than 80mbar.This is to prevent that when water temperature is 15ºC,pumped air temperature 20ºC, it will cause cavitation. If the temperature is higher, ultimate vacuum is determined by working liquid saturated vapor pressure, the allowable minimum suction pressure will be higher too.
The higher the temperature, the lower the suction capacity will be.It will damage pump if this vacuum pump continuously operate under allowable suction pressure.
